study components including human subject compliance, study site, incident
report data collection, statistical analysis, and
results
- Provide a list of
incident cases, definitions and examples
- Discuss the
descriptive statistics of incident reports related to MRI scan modality
- Describe example
cases for incident report categories

cases of different severity categories
- Provide diagrams
to support the discussions.
Planning an MR Suite: What Can Be Done To
Enhance Safety?
- Review MRI safety
risks and the role of design and design standards
